How To Order Off Maven Supplies Website
1. Visit the Maven Supplies Website.
This is the Maven Supplies website. You can see here is our URL (www.mavensupplies.com.au) which shows you the home page and this is what the home page looks like.

2. Quick Links, Product Categories, Brands
Down at the bottom of our home page are all the important information about our company and products. These include all the quick links, from process on how to order, terms and conditions, up to Rss Syndication.
Another tab is the product category which can also be found at the top menu bar.
Last is the brand tab, which shows all the available products in our store arranged by category.
3. Inside the “Specials” Tab
At the top of our home page you can see the “Specials” tab. Inside the category, we put all the on sale products, promotions and all our featured products.
Inside the special category is the range of products available which you can also add to your cart.
So say, if you want to add the trolley in your cart, you simply click the “Add to Cart” tab, then all the information about the product will pop up. And by clicking the desired item, it will automatically be added to your cart.
You can also edit your cart by clicking the “View and Edit Cart” button or you can also continue shopping.
There are also cart suggestions, these are products that you might be interested in.
4. Continue Shopping
When you choose to continue shopping, there are more categories to choose from and there are drop-down that will allow you to see all the subcategory of our products.
5. Find Your Product
From the drop down menu we click, for example the cleaning products, and then chose the disposable gloves as our subcategory.
Clicking our sub category, it will give you the different type of gloves to choose from depending on its type.
By clicking the “Choose Options” tab, it will allow you to pick the right size of your choice and can change the quantity of the product.
6. Shipping Costs
Once you choose your desired product and have been added to your shopping cart, you can either view or edit your product if you want to change its quantity or size.
You can also view our shipping costs by clicking the “Estimate Shipping and Tax” tab. Fill out the information needed first including the country, state, and postcode and it will automatically calculate the shipping costs.
Shipping costs are calculated from your Postcode and are based on the actual weight of the products in the backend and the quantity. You can’t see that, but it’s punched into the backend there.
There is a freight free threshold for each Postcode. You will need to add at least 1 product and your postcode to see what this is.
There is also a calculated shipping cost if your order is under the freight free threshold.
7. Proceed to Checkout
You can proceed to checkout if all the items in your cart are updated to the right quantity. And where you can put in all your details and complete the order.
8. Securing Checkout
If it’s your first time in Maven Supplies, you will have to go over onto the left side of the page and register an account or checkout as a guest.
We will save all your contact details. So whatever email you will use, if you need to come back, you will just use that email. If you forget your password, just follow the prompts. You will see the Forgot Your Password? option and you can just reset your password to the email you’ve used. You put it in there and it will send out an email to you and just follow the prompts to reset the password.
If you have already set up your own account for Maven Supplies, just log in and all the delivery details will show up. You will be seeing the delivery address and bill and ship to this address, fill out the details and follow the prompts.
You can also go back and edit the quantities of the products or just simply modify it and go through putting a coupon code or discount if there is any.
9. How would you like to pay?
So if you’ve set up a pre-approved customer account with us, you can select the “ Account Customer order to process your payment. You can see that from our “How would you like to Pay” option. You can also pay by bank deposit, and it will send out all the bank details.
You can also choose from credit card or PayPal.
Check the “I would like to receive newsletter” option if you would like to receive updates from us and our products.
Once you’re done, you can now click the “Proceed to Payment” button and just fill out the needed details.
10. Paying Through PayPal and Credit Card
If you processes your payments through PayPal, you will be seeing the total amount of your order on the left part of the page. And on the right is the information needed that you need to fill out. Just log in, then complete the payment or if you want to pay with your credit card, click on that link down at the bottom of the page.
That way you can just put in your credit card details if you don’t want to set up a PayPal account and just do a one-off purchase.
Once that’s completed, you will then go back to our website. It will send out a confirmation email to you and that will now be done. Enjoy shopping with Maven Supplies.
