This is a quality Aluminium Frying Pan with an extremely strong Cast Handle which is securely attached to the pan with 3 rivets. The thick 3mm aluminium is an excellent conductor of heat, which heats evenly and quickly.

These are a quality frying pan designed for high volume use in commercial kitchens, they are also well suited for domestic use and are made to last. 

Suitable for Gas, Electric and open fire cooking.

Not for use on Induction Cooktops.
