Sizzling Plate

This is a cast Iron Sizzling Plate for serving and cooking hot dishes and serving them on a sizzling hot plate. Ideal for restaurants that serve dishes that allow your customers to finish off their steaks or dishes to their liking. Comes with a wooden base which is specially made to seat the Cast Iron platter on it neatly without burning the table.

The Cast Iron Plate comes with a removable cast iron handle, the benefit of this is so you leave the handle off when heating the plate, so the handle stays cool. You can then use the specially made handle to safely pick up the hot plate without burning yourself or dropping it, while you support it with the timber base supplied.

The Cast Iron is pre coated to prevent rusting, but it is recommended to give it a light coat of oil to keep it in good condition.
