All currency transactions on the Maven Supplies website are in Australian Dollars.

Refund Policy

Maven Supplies aims for full customer satisfaction. If you purchase an item through this website and it is not what you expected or even if you simply don't want it, simply return it to us and we will either replace or refund the price you paid on any item within 30 days from the date of your invoice, as long as it is un-used and in its original packaging. 

Also we will either replace or refund the price you paid of any item within 30 days from the date of your invoice if :

- The goods are damaged in delivery, proof must be provided as a photo within 7 days of receipt of goods.  

- The goods are faulty.

We understand that you are not always sure of what you will recieve when you buy online, we will work with you where possible to make sure you are satisfied with you purchase.

Delivery Policy

Please see our Freight Page for full disclosure of our standard freight rates. However, these rates are subject to change at anytime without notice due to price increases from individual carriers.
All orders are subject to charges freight charges. Maven Supplies retains the right to attach required freight charges to your order, either standard freight charges incurred through our shopping cart system or freight charges quoted by us and approved by you.

Each time freight is quoted, the freight quote is only valid for 7 days from date of quote. If you wish to proceed with an order after 7 day, freight will need to be quoted again.

Liability Protection for Unauthorised Use

While each financial institution in Australia that enters into a contract with you to provide you with a credit card does so on particular terms, your liability for unauthorised transactions is often similar across institutions.

In general, major banks will not hold you liable for any unauthorised use that you have not caused or contributed to.

Often, liability for unauthorised use is limited to $50.00. Of course, banks require you to notify them immediately if you become aware of the credit card being misused, lost or stolen so that they can limit their own liability under this policy. Be certain to check the terms and conditions, and your responsibilities, regarding your holding a credit card with your bank or credit card provider.
