Use and Care
- Place thermometer in oven on a flat surface or hang on a wire rung with face visible.
- Apply caution when removing thermometer from oven, this product is extremely hot when in use.
- Always allow oven to completely cool before removing thermometer.
- When cleaning, wash with warm soapy water and dry thoroughly.
- Wash by hand, do not immerse dial in water.
- Do not clean in a dishwasher.
