An accurate pocket sized thermometer with a stainless steel probe. These will handle be splashed with liquid but are not recommende for immersing the whole unit in water. Only the probe for temperature reading. They are a perfect thermometer for any chef to keep in their pocket for quickly and accurately reading the temperature of a whole range of items. The probe can be inserted into meat and other dishes, hot or cold, into liquids and even to test air temperature in bain maries, or fridges and freezers.
