A wooden spoon which is ideal for all cooking where you need a strong stirring spoon. Made of Beechwood it is designed for use in commercial kitchens, the handle is thick and strong for stirring large amounts of cooking.
Being wood it is not recommended for dishwasher and is best hand washed.
