Hospitality Products uses a number of couriers as well as Australia Post to ensure the most effective delivery of your order anywhere in Australia. Delivery time is usually from 5 to 15 working days from the date of payment depending on stock availability and your location.
We are a wholesale supplier - dispatch is usually 1 to 15 working days, however we are unable to guarantee delivery estimates.
When you enter your delivery address ensure it is correct as parcels which are returned to us as undeliverable will incur a re-dispatch fee. Freight charges paid on the original dispatch are not refundable under any circumstances.
If any goods you order are not in stock or there is likely to be any delay we will inform you immediately by email.
The following charges are our standard Delivery Rates. In some cases delivery rates may be higher where items in your order are very bulky or heavy or being delivered to a remote location. We reserve the right to alter any freight charges but will not dispatch goods without your acceptance of any such changes. We will contact you for confirmation before we process any payment for your order.

Awaiting Fulfilment - this means your payment has been received and we have to check stock and process your order.
Awaiting Payment - this means we are waiting for payment before your item can be sent. (If you have a Pre-approved Credit Account with us we will send it before payment on the agreed terms of the Credit Application)
Awaiting Shipment – this means your order and payment have been received and we are getting all items together in our warehouse. Sometimes we may be out of stock of some items, only if it is urgent please email us with your order number to find out when it will be dispatched.
Shipped – Your order has been sent, please view our freight details in yellow for delivery times.
Completed – Your order is complete and delivered.
Refunded – Your order has been refunded.
Reliable delivery is the cornerstone of Maven Supplies. We use several freight carriers for dependable delivery throughout the Gold Coast, Tweed, and Northern Rivers. Australia-wide deliveries we use the most efficient company for your specific area, usually either Startrack Express, Australia Post or Couriers Please to ensure efficient and reliable service.
All commercial supplies deliveries originate from Tweed Heads. Although we deliver Australia-wide, freight prices and delivery times vary for different areas, if you wish to place an order and are not sure on the freight cost, please watch the video above for instructions.
