JUMBO TOILET ROLL DISPENSER PLASTIC

One of the best features to these toilet roll dispensers is that they are lockable. This means that a special key is needed in order to bring the hinged cover down so that toilet paper can be added or removed. This is a great way to prevent pilfering. Alternatively the keylock can be swapped with a little button to be used to open an close where pilfering is not an issue.
