Gastronorm Pan Lid 1/1 Full Size
Do you need a quality stainless food pan cover for hot or cold dishes?
The benefit of these is that when the lid is on a pan, you can keep stacking pans on top of each other when storing and transporting food, it is made so the base will sit in the recessed lid and won't slide around. The lids will seal neatly around the base to keep your food hygienic, prevent spillage and contamination.
You can use them for covering hot or cold dishes and storing them in one of the gastronorm pans in the cold room or warming oven. The rust free stainless steel is hygienic and easy to clean, either by hand or in a dishwasher.
This is a standard 1/1 size cover which will seal neatly on our 1/1 size gastronorm pan (base), these are sold separately.
