Bain Marie Trays / Gastronorm Pan 1/1 Full Size x 65mm
Do you need a quality stainless food pan for serving hot or cold dishes? The benefit of these is that they are designed to stack inside each other for storage when not in use. They are also designed not to jam in the Bain maries and you can get them out with ease, when you need to change or remove different dishes.
You can also use them for preparing hot or cold dishes and storing them in the coldroom or warming oven. The rust free stainless steel is hygienic and easy to clean, either by hand or in a dishwasher.
This is a standard full size 1/1 pan which will fit most bain maries, chafers and gastronorm trolleys used in commercial kitchens. If you need a lid, these are sold separately, the full lid are designed to fit these neatly.
