Forged Stainless Steel Blade is a specifically selected steel designed to maintain its sharpness and also prevent rust spots from occurring. This knife is made for hygiene, strength and durability. The solid stainless blade extends right through the centre of the handle for strength. The handle is made of dishwasher safe/food safe Polycarbonate handle. The handle is firmly attached with 3 heavy duty stainless rivets for years of trouble free use.
