This is a Professional quality Carving Fork, an ideal 2 prong Fork for holding all cuts of meat firmly without excessive damage to the meat while carving and slicing.

The forged stainless steel prongs are from a specifically selected steel designed to maintain its sharpness and straightness which is also resistant to rust spots from occurring. This carving fork is made for hygiene, strength and durability. The solid stainless prongs extend right through the centre of the handle for strength. The handle is made of dishwasher safe/food safe Polycarbonate handle. The handle is firmly attached with 3 heavy duty stainless rivets for years of trouble free use.
