It is made from high quality polyethylene, which will hold a large amount of cutlery and not become brittle and crack like cheaper types of plastic. These are made for commercial use, so they will not let you down when the pressure is on.

These are designed to be used on either of our Catering Trolleys. They are made to hang over the edge securely while you clear tables. Fill this holder up with cutlery as you stack used crockery on the trolley. It can then be easily wheeled back into the kitchen, where it can be easily washed and loaded into the dishwasher.
