A FINE mesh Skimmer for deep frying of chips, dim sims, spring rolls, tempura or any food that needs to be safely placed and removed from a deep fryer. The FINE mesh has the ideal sized holes for most of your cooking needs, so you only need this one type of skimmer. Made of Chrome plated steel, with an extra long handle so you can keep well clear when placing food in the fryer safely preventing burns from splattering hot oil.
