This flour sifter has can hold up to 5 cups (approx 1.25L) of flour to be sifted. The complete stainless steel construction ensures that the unit is rust free and hygienic and you can wash it in the dishwasher if needed.

It has 3 stainless screens in the base so it will completely sift your flour and remove all the lumps easily. Each screen is 1cm apart and each one has a specially designed hexagonal shaped sifting mechanism, which removes the lumps as the flour is passed through it.

The strong spring in the handle ensures the sifting mechanism springs back and keeps working efficiently even when loaded up with flour.
