The forged stainless steel blades are from a specifically selected steel designed to maintain its sharpness and straightness which is also resistant to rust spots from occurring. These Kitchen Poultry Shears are made for hygiene, strength and durability. The solid stainless blades extend right through the centre of the handle for strength. The handle is made of dishwasher safe/food safe Polycarbonate handle. The handle is firmly attached with 3 heavy duty stainless rivets for years of trouble free use.
