This Meat Tenderizing Mallet is designed for use in either commercial or domestic kitchens for tenderising cuts of meat prior to cooking and comes with 2 sides for different uses.
The flat side is for veal or chicken cutlets.
The spiked side is perfect to tenderise steaks and chops.
It is made from corrosion free, cast aluminium. The fully cast one piece design has nowhere for dirt or food particles to be trapped so it's easy for you to clean and hygienic to help prevent cross contamination of foods.
