Rather than pouring directly out of the bottle, nip pourers can be used to make it easier to control the pour into glasses. The perfect pour can be established with this.

These nip pourers are easily added to any bottle. The cap to the bottle can be discarded. In place of the cap, the pourer is placed into the opening of the bottle. The rubber stopper will form a tight seal. From there, a fine pour can be achieved from the spout, which slows down the rush of alcohol from the bottle.

Once the bottle is empty, the nip pourer can be removed, washed, and reused in a new bottle. When you worry about bartenders wasting alcohol, this can be the easiest way to preserve alcohol. You are less likely to have spills, and it will be easy to use in conjunction with a double jigger to be able to measure the alcohol that goes into each cocktail.

Choose the quantity that works best for your location – each, box of 24, or box of 144. You will want to have a pourer on each bottle of alcohol that is behind your bar.
