DEEP FRYER FINE MESH SKIMMER

A FINE mesh Skimmer utilised for the removal of excess batter and grit from oil. Can also be utilised for the deep frying of chips, dim sims, spring rolls, tempura or any food that needs to be safely placed and removed from a deep fryer.

The FINE mesh has the ideal sized holes for the clean up and removal of grit and food particles from your oil. It will suit most of your cooking needs, so you only need the one type of skimmer.

Made of Chrome plated steel, with an extra long handle so you can keep well clear when placing food in the fryer safely preventing burns from splattering hot oil.
